5. Newsletter. Newsletter subscriptions require explicit consent. Data is processed solely for newsletter distribution via Brevo (formerly Sendinblue). Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

7. Data retention. Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for contractual, legal or legitimate purposes and is then deleted or anonymized.

9. Obligation to provide data. Providing certain personal data is necessary to establish and maintain business relationships. Without such data, contracts may not be concluded.
