General Terms and Conditions — Boat Tours & Experiences
1. Provider

2. Scope
These terms apply to all boat tours, cruises and private charters marketed under “The Swiss Lake Twins”.
3. Booking & contract conclusion
A contract is concluded once the booking is completed and confirmed, or once payment has been successfully processed.
4. Prices & payment
- Prices are shown during booking.
- Bookings must be paid in advance unless stated otherwise.
5. Weather & safety
Safety is the highest priority. Tours may be rescheduled or cancelled due to unsafe weather.
6. Cancellation by customer
- More than 7 days: free cancellation
- 7 days – 48 hours: 50% fee
- Less than 48 hours / no-show: 100%
10. Applicable law
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction: Sursee, Switzerland.
